The Apartment Association of New Mexico is a Non-Profit Trade Organization that collectively represents Owners of Apartment Communities and other Residential Rental Real Estate throughout New Mexico. AANM provides representation in the Legislative and Regulatory arenas for the industry as a whole. AANM also provides Educational Programming, Market Research, Standardized Forms and Operational Support.
AANM Associate Members are vendors of Products and Services to the Rental Housing Industry. Associate Members have unparallel access to their customers by taking advantage of AANM’s networking opportunities by participating in events, meetings & committees.

With its broad coverage of essential topics and he challenging Community Analysis Project, the CAM program gives participants the opportunity to stretch the boundaries of their knowledge, skill and professional achievement.
CAM Program Requirements:
One Year of apartment industry experience
Successful completion of all nine modules
Successful completion of online exam
Successful completion of CAM Community Analysis Project within two years

Course Description: AANM is an approved provider of the CPO Certification for the City of Albuquerque and the State of New Mexico. These classes are taught by Darrel Bone, a former Environmental Health Supervisor for the Consumer Protection division of the Environmental Health Department. Mr. Bone will guide students through a study and review of the information needed to pass the Pool Certification Exam and will proctor the exam.
