BERNALILLO COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT “INFORMATION SHEET”

The Bernalillo County Sheriffs Department now requires landlords to complete a “Landlord Information Sheet” prior to executing a Writ of Restitution.  Note that it requests additional information such as defendant’s DOB and the possible need to notify Animal Control.  Download and complete the Information Sheet before bringing the Writ of Restitution to the Sheriffs Office.
