Professional Bio

Ian Robertson is a Director of Development for Titan Development with a focus on multifamily and hospitality projects. Ian assists with all aspects of the development process, including supervision of consultants through the design process, creation of site concepts with consultants and in-house personnel, coordinating the entitlement and approvals process, supporting leadership in developing equity and debt packages, and undertaking market research and project viability studies as-needed. Ian helped create and launch Titan’s luxury multifamily community brand, Allaso, which seeks to export the amazing hospitality and energy of New Mexico to multifamily communities across the country. Ian was also involved in the launch of Titan’s private equity fund platform which has raised over $450MM in equity for projects in New Mexico and across the region since 2017. Ian is the current Vice President of the East Downtown (EDo) Neighborhood association in Albuquerque, and a member of NAIOP New Mexico and ULI. Ian volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House charity, donating his time to consult on marketing and PR efforts, as well as cooking for resident families. Ian has previously volunteered with various Autism-related charities, and illustrated a book for children living with autistic siblings.

Prior to joining Titan Development, Ian worked for Perkins Eastman and Rafael Viñoly Architects, both globally recognized architecture firms. Ian studied Architecture at the University of Texas School of Architecture (UTSOA), received a Business Foundation Certificate from the McCombs School of Business through the Halliburton Business Foundations program, and studied Fine Art at the prestigious California Institute of the Arts.
