Theresa, a native of Albuquerque, NM, began her journey in the multifamily industry in June 2001 as a part-time leasing agent and quickly advanced within the field. With a broad range of experience in the apartment industry, Theresa has held various roles, finding her true passion in onsite management. She has managed communities ranging from 50 to over 700 units and currently oversees The Artisan @ Sawmill Village, a mixed-use property that includes affordable, market-rate, and commercial units.
An active member of the Apartment Association for many years, Theresa has served on the board and volunteered on multiple committees, contributing significantly to the industry. Beyond her professional life, she is the VP of Operations for her family’s charity, which focuses on "Pay it Forward" initiatives supporting the Armed Forces and the APS Title 1 Project. Theresa is a devoted wife, dog mom, and a dedicated professional, always eager to help and enhance the multifamily industry.
