About Amber Letendre

Born and raised in South Florida, Amber has always been passionate about 3 things: art, rock climbing, and human psychology. Her journey began after high school, when she toured the Southeast Coast with a professional dance troupe, worked for various festivals selling her artwork and playing music in traveling bands, and playing guitar for open mic nights at local venues to earn money. After settling in the mountains of North Carolina and spending some time climbing the local crags, Amber pursued her studies in psychology and pre-law. Throughout her academic years, she delved into various project sand gained hands-on experience, and eventually concluded that Human Resource suniquely combined her love of legal studies, and psychology. Once Amber reached this conclusion, she changed her major to the HR field and never looked back. With an innate drive for providing neutral perspective combined with an empathetic approach, Amber has gained over a decade of experience in the field of HR. Her career has been marked by a commitment to providing a safe space for others to communicate openly, and by helping people combine active listening with negotiation skills, in order to achieve their desired professional outcomes.

About Kristin Pine

With over 25-years’ experience, Kristin Pine holds many industry designations, including the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from IREM, Institute of Real Estate Management. She is also an NAHP-e, National Affordable Housing Professional-Executive and a SHCM, Specialist in Housing Credit Management tissued by NAHMA, National Affordable Housing Management Association, among others. Prior to joining Fairstead in 2022, Kristin has also been an Associate Lecturer since 2008 at Curry College in Milton, MA, where she has taught several Residential Property Managementt courses for students to earn the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation issued by NAAEI, National Apartment Association Education Institute.

Always the student, Kristin is finishing up her degree online at Southern New Hampshire University. Ms. Pine resides in Rhode Island, is along-time board member of the Boston IREM Chapter#4, and a Past President and Director Emeritus for the New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA).
