AANM volunteers, advocating on your behalf!
The AANM Government Affairs Council (GAC) consists of nine (9) Primary members, each appointed by the Board of Directors. The Chair and Vice Chair of this council are also Board-appointed. The nine (9) voting members are appointed for two (2) year terms with three (3) members each representing companies with 0-249 units, 250-999 units, and 1,000+ units.

Government Affairs Council
This committee is responsible for reviewing and developing legislation and community relations that affect the residential rental industry within the State of New Mexico and at the local level. Additionally, the GAC serves as the Board for the AANM Political Action Committee (PAC) and approves any direct candidate contributions.
