Welcome to the AANM Member Budget and Planning Guide page!  This is designed to be a quick reference to assist you with planning your investment in AANM programs and events for 2024.  Please note, pricing and scheduled dates are subject to change.  Be sure to check the AANM calendar for the most current information!

Membership Dues

The AANM Board is currently working on the budget for 2024.  See below for information on how to budget for your renewal dues.  As a reminder, renewal dues invoices will be sent out in January 1st, 2024 and are due upon receipt.  

Primary Members

 (Apartment Communities & Independent Owner/Communities) Management companies join 100% of properties (Base Fees are parent companies’ responsibility), or each property joins individually. (All Single Family, IRO and Single Family Homes Management now fall under Primary Members)

+ ($2/unit advocacy assessment)

Members joining from January 1 – June 30, pay a prorated amount for the remainder of the calendar year.

Members joining from July 1 – December 31, pay a prorated amount for the remainder of the current calendar year PLUS 100% of the following calendar year.

NAA Designations Courses

Some designations have eligibility requirements in order to complete the program and receive the designation.  Please be sure to consult with the AANM Education Department if you have questions about your eligibility.
